Congratulations on your result. Last year (2018), the cutoff for Govt. Medical Colleges in TamilNadu was 350. This year, there is a possibilty of hike in the cutoff. But you still can try. 

You can surely get any one of the Self-financing medical college. You can also try for Government and Self-financing Dental colleges.
