Hey Jyoti,

According to previous year cutoff of Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology, Sambalpur the OR and CR were from 7714 to 61049 respectively. So Yes you will definitely get through this cut off and will get Mechanical engineering. And let me tell you the OR and CR doesn't vary a lot every year.
