You can get admission in good private colleges for bams. Also you can try out for government colleges,if cutoff decrease you can get seat.

You can't get admission with this marks in bams government colleges if you belong to this category as you said!!
For bams you need 510+ marks
If your only aim is government colleges then don't go for counselling ,it will waste your time
In my opinion start studying again and give next neet exam and if you don't want to drop then you can get admission through management quota with this marks in private colleges !!!
First register yourself for ayush counselling
