Hello aspirant, 

I am assuming that you have a domicile of telangana from your profile. 

Well according to last year's cutoff you need to score a minimum of 540 marks to get into an Esi category college in telangana if you belong to general category. Even if you dont apply the esi category you need to score a minimum of 500 marks to get into any government medical college in telangana. 

So I am sorry to say but you would face difficulties with the admission.

But you can try for other courses like BAMS and BHMS
