Well, basing upon your rank in JEE ADVANCED, you may not get admission into any of the IITs but still you may join the preparatory course offered by different IITs and other institutions based upon your JEE ADVANCED score. But it solely depends upon the availability of seats and the number of enrolled candidates in the respective college.
