You are not qualified in JEE Mains. So NITs,GFTIs,IIITs are not even an option.

If you have applied for other exams like BITS,WBJEE etc. try performing well in them.

You may also drop a year and prepare well for JEE next year. Solve lot of practice papers this year and boost your concept in every topics and you'll surely qualify next year and you may even land in an IIT because teh cutoffs are very low in JEE Advanced for ST category. You need 30% marks  approx out of total marks to get a seat in good IIT.
