Hi Kirti, Thanks for asking question, well let me be a bit straight forward 3995 is a good rank but not as good as to get admission in colleges like amity or vivekananda but still you can expect admssion in B+ or B grade colleges which you can search on the web though you are OBC but if it is written general then you may not be considered as OBC but as Gen itself and you reside outside Delhi so it might become a bit more difficult for you to get admssion in any of the colleges but still you can hope to get admssion in colleges like DIRD, Khurd or SKRC , Baghpat
