Sorry but with these marks you won't get a seat in esi medical college. The closing rank for obc candidate was 5945 in the second round of counseling for mbbs. You need to score a rank within 3300 to secure your seat in good colleges as every year the cutoff and competition level varies so always aim to score high.
You might get admission in some private colleges.
