Hello student,
I am so sorry to tell you but you will not get a seat with 400 marks in Haryana.
For example, in 2017 lowest marks that fetched a seat under state quota for general category was 556 and it was for Shaheed Hasan Khan Mewati Government Medical College, Nalhar.
Also, you will not get a seat in Gujarat as last year lowest marks that fetched a seat under state quota for general category was 473 and it was for Govt. Medical College, Bhavnaga.
