Sorry to say but According to previous years cutoffs you will not be able to get a seat of MBBS in a good government medical college as their cutoffs a re very high enough. To get an admission in  a good government medical college of Tamil nNadu you need to score above 580 or 600 for both All India Rank and state Quota.
