Yes, you could get some college under BCECE,
But, definitely you won't be able to make it to top best engineering colleges under BCECE (like MIT Muzaffarpur, BCE bhagalpur....).
But, definitely you will get a Seat in one of the college under BCECE.
So, wait for the counseling process and register yourself for counselling.
