Considering your marks 419 and category you fall in as general you have the chance to get a seat during the 1st or 2nd round itself. But if still wanna wait for the mop-up round you can, you may also get a seat but it is not sure that you will definitely get a seat then. So try for the 1st and 2nd round, if you are unable to grab a seat during that process then you may opt for mop-up round.
