You didn't mention your state of domicile here.

According to the statistical data of previous years,  I am sorry to say but grabbing a seat of BDS in a Government Dental College in Madhya Pradesh seems quite difficult with a score of 438 this year,  irrespective of the quota you're considering i.e. AIQ or state quota.
Since the cut off for last year was 463 and trends show that cutoff never really goes down with such a big margin.
