You have not mentioned your category so we are assuming you as a General candidate. With this score you will not get any govt. seat. But if you have some other reserved category then your chances to get a govt. seat increase. But you can try in private medical colleges. But also the counselling process in all states is coming to an end. Admissions are closing. So the best option for you is that you should prepare for NEET again and give your best in the next year NEET.
