I sure that you mean 49 percentile in AIIMS 2019 which tells that you are qualified. But cannot get a seat in any of the AIIMS (including new ones) as last year cut off for OBC(NCL) was 99.1600595 percentile with corresponding rank 3221 and for OBC was 97.3549899 with corresponding rank 9973.
