Dear Bhuvnesh, EWS reservation takes its cut from General Category. As this is still the pilot year for EWS reservation implementation, how it will unfold needs to be seen. And MCI also has approved an increase in Medical seats in all colleges across India which means the 15% quota seats also will increase by a significant number there by faciliitating EWS candidates. To be honest 491 is a score that puts you on the edge. But you might have a chance atleast in the mop up round.
