Better try in private collages where it is better to you. As you have very very less chances to get the seat in NIT's and IIT's.

You should have mentioned your rank too. It's difficult to get a seat in IITs with this marks. You may get IITs but you won't be able to get good branch there. Just check previous years cutoff and you will get an idea of seats and ranks there.
