493 was the least cutoff in Telangana state last year equivalent to an AIQ rank of 24025. Don't compare with the marks since the competition and cutoffs have increased heavily this year. Your rank seems away From it. I won't demotivate you, things look difficult for you anyways your state merit rank will decide the final fate. Or else you can do get a seat in government dental college of your own state.
