Hello sagar,
There are many good colleges for Agricultural business management. But you have scored really low marks. Most of the good colleges won't accept this percentile. If you want you can take admission in Amity university noida, Shardha University Gr. Noida. I will recommend you to give exam again next year, if you can take a gap for one year.
