According to the last year cut off for OBC in Bihar you can apply for colleges like Government Medical College, Bettiah and Patna Dental College & Hospital, Patna through state qouta only as these colleges have cut off less than 521 last year.But having being said the cut off increase each year, so there is an increment of 20-25 marks each year.
