With this percentile in JEE mains you won't be able to geta seat in any government engineering colleges. Your rank would be too high. Even your reservation category rank would be too high to get you a seat.
You can try to improve your score in the next session of JEE mains which has been postponed for September, 2020. You have plenty of time to prepare your syllabus.

In jee mains NTA exam 52.83 percentile is very less .
But if you choose Biotechnology and metallurgy course. Than it is little bit change to get admission.
But In my opinion you will prepare hard and try to give another attempt . Secure good and get your favorite branch in favorite college.

Kindly concentrate in basic knowledge and always follow ncert for deep understanding of topics.
