Hi ramesh, with 553 marks in NEET you can get the following colleges in state quota

Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Ongole
Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Srikakulam (529)
Government Medical College, Anantapur (520)
Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Kadapa (516)
ACSR Government Medical College, Nellore

Now a about rangaraya you might not be able to secure a seat at 553 marks because the the last year cutoff for rangaraya was 559 marks and this year the Neet cut off is supposedly going to be on the higher side as students have performed well in the exam. so your chances are low there.
