Your percentile score is too low to qualify the JEE Mains-(Jan) exam + to get admission anywhere. Though being a reserved category candidate, there are nearly no chances for your admission anywhere based on your percentile.
As per our expert team, candidates having 85+%ile will qualify for JEE Advanced. Well, this is just the predicted range. The final cutoff will be released later by NTA after the April session exam of JEE Mains.

So, I would suggest you to work more hard in order to  improve your percentile score by appearing in the second attempt of JEE Mains-April.
