Your rank is too high. It would be very difficult for you to get a seat in any college. The predicted ICAR 2020 cutoff marks for BSc agriculture for OBC category is around 300-320. However you can look around for private  colleges that do not base their  admissions on this entrance exams. For further details you can visit official websites of these colleges.
