Actually with this score it will be pretty difficult to get into IIT's as last year the closing score or  IIt's was around 680 for thermal.

But yes there is a possibility of getting a decent NIT's.

Another option is to go for MS in old IITs. But for MS, there will be lot of filtering process. After cracking gate you should clear written test and Interview conducted by IITs separately.

You can also try in Winter Session.
