see your scores are really good. and you will face no problem to get admission in bihars top ranked medical colleges. however for all india cutoff almost all colleges has 550+ cutoff from previous years data, i can tell. so you can take participate in all india counselling and can grave better colleges.

PMCH Patna is a very good college under your Home state quota. For All India Quota you can get colleges like King George Medical College which is much better. Being a General Category candidate you will only get KGMC as better option. You can apply through AIQ and through AIQ and there is no issue in it.

Also, you shall consider PMCH too as it has better practical exposure.
