I think you can get civil engineering in good colleges under COMEDK with that score, but saying that for the first round is quite uncertain. In the second round of counseling, you will definitely get good colleges for the same. You might get PESIT in the second round, or Christ University in the first round. The choice is yours, entirely.

Hope you are doing well. According to your performance in COMED-K 2019, you are likely to get a rank within 25,000. For getting a Civil Engineering seat, this rank is good enough. You can get a seat in good and average colleges, but don't expect the same in very prestigious and renowned colleges. There are better colleges for your rank. Just make sure you go through the previous year cutoff for each colleges coming under COMED-K so that it will be easy for you to decide the best. I hope you got the point after reading this answer.
