As per your mentioned Marks in neet 2020 your rank would somewhere range around  6778 - 8428.Now, based on this rank you have fair chances of getting seats in most of the government medical colleges.Also, as we know that cutoffs vary each year basis of three factors such as number of students appeared in the exam, Availability of seats etc. But that doesn't matters as you are on a safe side!.
