You have got a very decent rank in APICET. I would suggest you to  give another attempy of exam next year and try to score better ranking to get at least a good premier institute. If not you can still target some of the good colleges namely-

a) Madanpalle Institute of Technology and Science, Chitoor

b) Rajeev Gandhi Memorial College of Engineering and Technology Nandyal- [RGMCET], Kurnool.

c) Pydah College of Engineering and Technology, Visakhapatnam.

d) Prasad V. Potluri Siddhartha Institute of Technology- [PVPSIT], Vijayawad.

e) SRK Institute of Technology, Vijayawada.

These are some of the good colleges you can target in your ranking.
