I m considering that you are asking for jee exam and as you have not mention your category so I m assuming you to be general category student.
Its very difficult for you to get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like nits or iiits or GFTIs with computer science or electronic and communication branch .
As computer science and electronics and communication branch is one of the most sought after branches in feild of engineering so they have high closing cutoff for the candidates to get admission.

But still you can get admission into any reputed private institutes with your desired branch.

Different exams have different cutoff ranks. Since you have not mentioned the exam , it is hard for me to tell your possibility of getting a seat.

However , i assume it to be COMEDK exam . And if mg assumption is true , then you have tough chances to get a seat in  COMEDK collrge , but for other branches , you have  chances for the following colleges,:

SJB Institute of Technology, Bangalore

SJC Institute of Technology, Chickballapur

MS Engineering College, Bangalore

Nagarjuna College of Engineering and Technology, Bangalore
