It depends on your rank whether you get into an NIT or not. The official Jee rankings haven't been released yet, the NTA will release the rank list after the completion of the exam in April. You could predict your rank using this formula:

JEE Main 2019 rank (probable) = (100- NTA percentile score ) X 874469 /100

You might get into NITs based on your category ranking, however the official ranking may vary due to change in scores of the students.

The percentage you habe got is less compared to averge for your peecentile the rank would range from 334000 to 384000 and this is predicted using previous history of jee mains this can be true or false too.

So if you are interested to know the colleges you may get go thorough previous year cut off and ranks comparing this rank you will get an idea.
