Your approximately rank with this percentile score is more than 2.5 lakhs .
And under this rank ; you can not get any good college from josaa counseling and even from other good counseling process also. As you know that competition is very tough and every one eager to grab a good college .
So either you should go with a private college which give admission on basis of your 12 th marks and any near by city college
Or you should take drop and work hard for next attempt .

If you score 70 percentile marks in the JEE Mains , it means that you have scored more than the 70 percent of students who have appeared in the exam that particular year.

Being in the top 70 percentile shall surely get a you a chance to appear in the JEE Advanced, but if that will actually get you a good college solely based on the Mains rank is doubted since the ranks alloted in the Mains are not simply based on your marks or percentile but also on other factors such as your caste, and marks scored by you in different particular subjects etc.
