Hello

Since you have scored 70.23 percentile in your JEE mains and you belong to OBC category, since the cutoff for OBC category in JEE mains 2019 is 74.3166557 percentile and your percentile is too lower than this, so you are not going to get seat through JEE mains as you have not qualified JEE mains.
