22340 rank in SC Category is far too high to score a seat in any of NITs, GFTIs, IIITs.
Since almost all of them have a closing rank of around 9,000-10,000 for SC Category even for the lowest level branches.

Hello Tarun,
With a rank of 22340 you can get into mid and low tier NIT colleges such as NIT Hamirpur, NIT Srinagar, NIT Surat and others.  You can also get admission in IIIT colleges with core branches though CSE branch  would not be available for you. You can get into state run colleges such as RV, KIIT, VIT and others.
