I regret to inform you that with such a low score you cannot get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like nits or iiits .
As nits and iiits are most sought colleges they prefer higher cutoff to filter students egility of will .
But though you can get into good prestigious private institutes like srm or lpu etc.

Either you option for any other councelling or you may take a year drop to work hard even more to get into most prestigious engineering college. As well as you share obc quota so I prefer you should give a chance to your carrer in next year.

Let me first of all inform you that admission in IITs is only possible after you clear JEE advance.
jEE main is only considered as an qualfying exam for JEE advance.
Through JEE mains one Can get admission into NITs.
Now as you Have secured 76 percentile in jEE main 2019(89000rank) so it's quite difficult for you to make it to NITs.
So, ofcurse your chances for getting into NIT is very low.
