Hello dear,

According to your percentile in jee mains you are not eligible to give jee advanced in general category as the cutoff percentile for general category is 89.7 but if you belong to obc category then you are eligible.

As per the cutoff released for various categories to qualify from JEE mains to JEE advance, the cutoff for various categories have been set as follows:

General category -89.7548849
General ews-Crl :78.2174860
Obc-ncL:74.3166557
Sc: 54. 0128155
St: 44.3345172
Pwd: 0.11371730

So in case you secure a percentile equal to or greater than your category percentile, then you are eligible for JEE advance. So in case you are general you will not be eligible for advance, but in any other case you are qualified for JEE advance as indicated by your quoted percentile in the query.
