You haven't mention your category. This is important because every category have different cut off . As assuming you are from general category, according to rank formula your all India rank is between  1 lakhs - 2 lakhs . For getting CSE in any good college, your rank should be below than 60K

At this rank it is very difficult to get CS in good colleges. you should check DTU, Kurukshetra.
