As you have not mentioned ,In which entrance exam you got this rank ,but at this rank if you can get a seat in any government collge then then there would be nothing to worry about because in every govt Engineeing college there are some methods to get scholarship ,as your family income is very very low then you can apply for scholarship
Though different colleges have different criterias for scholarship which you have to fulfill
Like some college give scholarship to those students who perform well in  their exam

As far as private colleges are concerned they also give scholarship to deserving students whose annual income is very low as you are ,like GL Bajaj Noida, galgotia engineering college,AKG

Apart from scholarship you can also go with part time jobs ,as many companies give part-time jobs for students also in late hours like in evening so after completing your college throughout the day you can work for 3,4 hours in the evening and you can earn up to 5,6 k easily

Since you didn't mentioned any respective I'm which entrance exam you have fetched this much of rank but anyways I am considering it as the JEE mains. So with this much of rank definitely you will get a good government institution either of State / Central domain and with that you can directly applicable for any of the scheme which are applicable for the low family income candidate's or other wise GEN - EWS will also might help you in that .
