As you have got 854000 CRL and 322000 in obc reservation,  I am sorry to tell you that your rank is way too high to get any good government college with this rank. I am assuming these are JEE rank accordingly even NITS are not within reach. I would suggest you go for private colleges in your home state or reappear again after studying.
