Hello dear student you have qualified aiims with flying colours as the qualyfying percentile of AIIMS is 50%. So yes you are qualified but i am guessing you want to ask if you can grab a seat in any of the college in AIIMS . so there may be a chance but this years expected cut off of AIIMS is 98.75-99.00 considering you to be a student of unreserved or general category.
