If I look to the Andhra Pradesh board 2019 result it was a better as compare to previous years . If you have got 8.73 CGPA then you are not in top 20 percentile my dear friend.

But I will congratulate you for scoring 97.30 percentile in jee mains , you have clear many obstacles and now can get admission in any reputed college .you need not to be in top 20 percentile.
