Your rank (CRL) is to be calculated by following formula:

rank= (100-percentile)* Total no of student appeared in exam/100

As per the formula, your CRL rank is coming out to be 96373 approximately, where total no. of student appeared in the exam is 869010. With this rank there is no chance of getting CSE in govt. colleges. Though you have not mentioned your category, I suppose you belong to general. There is a very little chance of getting lower branches through home state quota. You may opt for special round to get a college.
