Dear student,

As you are secured 89 percentile score in SC category in JEE mains 2020 then your chances are getting NIT is very difficult.

Even if you belong from home state quota  when is still your chances of getting NIT is very difficult but you can get some low NIT like NIT silchar or nit Srinagar, etc.
But belonging from other state, then there is no chance for you to get any nits even lower ones.
For getting a seat in a good nit atleast you have to secure under 6000 rank from sc category.

You can get admission in good NIT 's with 89% in JEE Mains as you belongs to sc category .  the cutoff for SC category students was 54.01 percentile. This means that a student with percentile equal or above this was qualified to appear for JEE Advanced.
