Hey,
Congrats for such a wonderful score but it would be difficult even with this score to get your desired top NIT with your desired branch. Rest you can check previous year cutoffs with the following link:
https://www.google.com/amp/s/engineering.careers360.com/articles/nits-cutoff-for-top-btech-branches/amp

Also these are just for reference. This years cutoff may upgrade or downgrade.

Hii Akula.Your percentile and marks are bit good in both the exams.As per the previous year cutoffs you have a tough chance of getting admission to the medium ranked NITs such as NIT Raipur, NIT Nagpur, NIT Rourkela.Even if you get this Colleges then you might have to compromise with your branch.So you should apply for lower ranked NITs or State government colleges.All the best.
