The cutoffs for JEE Advance eligibility have not yet been declared and would be announced after the April session of JEE Mains. But as per the predctions of our experts, it is said that the candidates with percentile 85 and aboe can be eligible for JEE advance so since you have 90 percentile and expected rank 10500 - 12500, you have great chances of being eligible for JEE advance but you will still have to wait for the official confirmations and cutoffs.

90 percentile is a decent percentile but it is hard to tell exactly whether you will be able to qualify or not because it would depend on the no. of students appearing. Its depends on your rank

Candidate must score qualifying marks in JEE Main 2019 Paper 1 to be among the top 2,24,000 eligible for JEE Advanced 2019.
