Youbcannot get EEEbranch under GMR rankings.

However you can convert Civil engineering at BMSIt.

Chances good for following colleges under EEE:

CMR Institute of technology
Acharya institute of technology
Dayanand sagar academy of technology
Basaveshwar engineering college.
