If you are from delhi region apply for JAC counselling with this mark you may get Delhi technological university.Before applying  check the qualifying mark for JAC counselling it's 60% aggregate in PCM if you have this then proceed else take a drop and write improvement exam surely you will land top IIT or NIT .

I am sorry to tell you that even after such a good percentile, you will not be eligible for any NIT because it is COMPULSORY to secure an aggregate of 75% in 12th boards for general category candidates.

But, if you are in the top 20 percentile of your state board, then you will be eligible.

You still might get a good government college based solely on your JEE score.

According to nta you should score 75%in board xams but you scored aa very good percentile so you should wait still for counseling
