Well yes, you can get admission in government colleges in Kerala through your JEE Mains rank, but for that you must first clear the required cutoff as per your category. I have provided below 2019 JEE Mains cutoff (percentile) as per the individual category - 

• CRL : 89.75
• GEN-EWS : 78.21
• OBC-NCL : 74.31
• SC : 54.01
• ST : 44.33
• PwD : 0.11

Now as per your category, if you have cleared the required cutoff then you are eligible to get a seat through JEE Mains score in government colleges in Kerala. Now which college would you get, you have to find that by attending the counselling procedure. To get admission in NITs, IIITs or GFTIs you have to attend JoSAA counselling. For other private and government colleges that doesn't come under JoSAA, for admission in those you need to attend their respective counselling.
