In uptu , You can't say which college is good but IET, BIET , KNIT are considered as good government colleges . There are many private colleges which are better than these. Websites like career 360 , Shiksha, will help you a lot. Just see previous year cut offs of the colleges. Do a lot of research on internet , read reviews, enquire about fee details, placement history , location of the college etc . These are the major factors to be researched before opting for a college. At last one more thing I will suggest you to enquire whether to opt Engineering or not. Good Luck.
