Hello Abhimany, In AIIMS counselling once you are given a seat, you have the following options to choose from:

accept alloted seat and do not participate in further rounds
accept alloted seats and want to participate in further rounds
do not accept seat and do not want to participate in further rounds

This can be done in the Online forum itself and no need for reporting to the college.
